General Description

Skin: Pale white.
Hair: Straight, silver.
Eyes: Narrow, small, a bit cold looking at times, golden.

Others: He's slender, with marked muscles. He looks weak but is in fact quite very strong. He's got white feathered wings.

Clothing and Accessories: Robes, strange looking, much unlike any other Heaven or Hell's robes, Evian's robes are a strange mixture of styles, always filled with accessories, belts, and jewelry. They are usually thick, for cold weather. He has two golden crescent at the sides of his head, holding his hair back. His clothing always have one thing in common though: The white leather whip he wears, which goes around two turns (usually) over his right shoulder.

Personality

Likes: Unknown.
Dislikes: To be bothered when doing something.

Abilities: Even among the angels, he's regarded as one of the best in fighting. Has developed a great ability when using whips- or any kind of strap, ribbon or wire that can be used as whip. He can fight with swords as well as knives, and can defend himself rather good with bow and arrows. He can also make them from angelic power or embed angelic power into these weapons. He has the ability to "split himself" (he can create one or several images of himself.) These images cannot talk or fight, but can motion and move around, sort of like ghosts of himself. Also, he can create a small amount of energy that has the same effect as lightnings. Also, he can summon barriers and protection spells, since that's his main work, it's the thing he's most powerful at. In addition, his nails are extremely strong and can cut through many things.
Weaknesses: He can't heal at all, a strange thing for an angel- whom even at the worst can do minor healing.

General: Doesn't tend to talk much, wise, protective, faithful, serious, seldom seen smiling or socializing with other angels, lonesome (he prefers to be that way), depending on the person he's dealing with he can get to act coldly. Despite him being like that, he's also a kind person, that will put his loved one in front of anything, and his work in second place (even if it often seems his work goes first). He prefers to observe than to interfere, unless he's provoked. He takes provocations personally and will rarely stop until he's had his revenge. He's vengeful, vindictive.
When with his significant other he would be far more relaxed, and often joke around- but only when they are alone.

Background History

His whole life is a mystery to people. Little is known of him, and little is said. He's not mentioned in any records from neither Heaven nor Hell. His name has never come up, and no one seems to know him, though the ones that have seen him call him 'The spirit' (or any of the others nick above) for his way of moving around as well as his skin and hair color. No one seems to want to have anything to do with him or the mysterious place he lives in... or with whatever he keeps from people. The only mention made about him was in a legend, told in Heaven once, and transmitted verbally, never written, to Earth. The legend mentions a man, or a spirit, that was created for the sole purpose of keeping something really important from anyone's hands. Many believed that he was guarding a lethal weapon, others, that he guards the 'gone wrong' demon-beasts from ever getting away from their imprisonment. Many had gone where this spirit was supposed to live in, and never returned.
